You can disable the overlay icon when you disabled KSK Accessibility permission. Why would they added new weird feature when the old version works flawlessly. I have the same issue on my Redmi Note 10. I am using the free version of Safe Kids app. I tried to find app settings to disable the icon but did not succeed.
